I started Josoor with fellow activists after we saw how most NGOs build their solutions mostly based on assumptions instead of real feedback and inclusion of the people they are trying to help which means they end up with solutions that no one needs because it doesn't solve real problems. That's why I cofounded Josoor and started studying UX Design. Now Josoor is an international organisation with multiple teams in different countries providing humanitarian aid and documenting human rights abuses.

Coordinated, launched and optimised an online marketing campaign to increase the company's sales in the middle east, especially in the Gulf countries.

I co-founded a small restaurant in Istanbul with two friends to support the displaced families seeking refuge from bombings and destruction in Syria.

I left my job as a project manager at IMECO in Abu Dhabi to help in Syria. I stayed with several families taking refuge in a school where I made sure that they and their children had all their basic needs until I spent my last dime and had to leave to find more support.

I started my job as an administrative assistant at the age of 19, got promoted to a project coordinator after 5 months, and to a project manager within the first year. My role was to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of four projects in the Oil & Gas field, things like procurement of materials, human resources, enforcing safety procedures, issuing security passes, etc. I was also the focal point between these projects and the top management of both the company I worked for and their client.
