• Developed a new process for the Canadian units from outsourcing to insourcing the whole process & saved €100 000/year. • Implemented Lean principles to optimise the door-line processes, resulting in the reduction of four positions, leading to annual savings of €61,000. • Designed a fixture using AutoCAD to install the AMG C63 & C43 fender badges and produced a prototype using 3D printing, which improved quality.

• Improved manufacturing processes by developing pattern production, conducting SMED analysis, implementing safety stores, and performing 5S audits. • Implemented manufacturing excellence (ME) to eliminate waste and improve operational speed and effectiveness.

• Engineered an assembly table that streamlined operations, necessitating only one operator instead of two, resulting in annual savings of approximately €56,000. • Installation of equipment and conducting Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to minimize downtime of the production machines.
