Responsible for the industrial attributions of two assembly lines (new jigs, audits, work instructions), being audited by international auditors and achieving the certificate to produce a new product. - Improvements on Schneider Production System - based on Lean Manufacturing - leading Kaizen projects and time studies.

- Improvements in material flow involving the entire supply chain including enhancing technologies in assembly lines and warehouse and assisting on changes of MRP processes as key-user - Development and implementation of new processes and quality documents concerning material management

- Improvements of Areva Production System based on lean manufacturing - Participation in the project of a new Kanban system for high-runner materials with the use of EDI - Development and implementation of changes in layouts - Management of a successful project aiming reduction of delays in deliveries
