Maintain equipment daily operation and preventive maintenance plan. Project planning for equipment modification and process changes qualification. Improve equipment performance and stability through evaluation and optimization to maintain maximum up time. Study and evaluation of bottleneck processes and develop solutions to improve the performance such as the cleanliness/particle issues on the wafer. Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for equipment related matters.

Manage EDB Smart Factory Transformation Programme which involve automation & digital technology to transform the company towards Industry 4.0. Set up new manufacturing processes and in-charge of new process evaluation and qualification for post-moulding and automation processes. Continuous improvement for yield and quality improvement of processes. Develop automated jig and fixture with PLC control for post-moulding processes. Mould design, jig and fixture design using 3D CAD software Siemens NX.
