Manage all phases of ICM (Ice-Cold Merchandising/Display Coolers) design and development, adhering to customer protocol, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Manage and lead an HVAC Cluster team and other CFTs involved in Development and Integration of automotive HVAC systems and Air Distribution Mechanisms for Truck, Tractor, Trailer, & Bus platform using the Lean PD Process. Oversee the development of Cluster infrastructure, propose CAPEX and REVEX initiatives, secure approvals, and manage budgets. Mentor and manage the team, offering feedback and organizing methods for effective goal attainment.

Responsible for Engineering & Design of Comfort, Industrial, Clean-room, and Central HVAC Projects from the review of tender, conceptualization to comessioning in coordination with the CAD, Procurement and Execution teams, Vendors, Clients, Consultants, and other facility providers, while working on multiple engagements.
