Setting the entire marketing strategy of the company, manage the short, medium, long term plans, Maintain and manage rollout of tools to support Company's brand including corporate identity guidelines and templates, core brand messaging materials. Develop & increase the data base of the customers. Product's pricing. Promotion's designing.

Align and manage Company's communications assets to drive marketing plans, e.g. newsletter, policy and project publications, events, and social media. Provide writing & editing support for all outbound members. Develop the database of customers & provides production of educational & promotional materials & other collateral.

Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers. Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes. Accomplish customer service human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning policies and procedures.

Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions. Include any accepted alternates or addendums with documents. During Construction Phase, proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget and safety. Utilize and maintain tools: schedule and document management to track and record project performance.
