Being responsible for the end-of-day and end-of-cruise closing processes including reporting and documentation, taking care of the revenue and void controlling as well as the preparation of billing statements and invoicing. Moreover, being in charge of the telephone and public address systems, selling reception services and managing guest complaints.

Taking care of all reception services including check-in and check-out of passengers and staff, currency exchange and incasso as well as taking care of the telephone and public announcement systems. Moreover, taking care of the cabin management, handling guest complaints and taking charge of the sale of service items.
