Currently involved in re-imagining SAP’s multi-program partnering landscape with the aim of developing a single, holistic, modular program under the award-winning flagship PartnerEdge brand. Tasks include collecting partner & analyst input, program design considering business needs, requirements blueprinting for supporting PRM system, communications, web presence and collateral coordination, contractual rework, and negotiation with other departments for the delivery of benefits.
Overall responsibility for the design & daily operations of SAP’s PartnerEdge volume partnership program for independent software vendors. Grew program membership from 250 in 2008 to 800+ in 2013. Standout achievement was a complete design overhaul of the existing program to introduce a performance-based leveling & tiered benefit framework, in addition to establishing synergies with the related interface certification business. Awarded 2011 SAP Ecosystem & Channels Champion Award for the redesign.
Managed international software development programs to define, develop, test, validate & ship various SAP products - Release, risk, & change management, resource coordination, reporting - Ensured compliance to all SAP development & quality standards, including for an acquired start-up’s product, requiring significant post-merger integration pragmatism - Supervised interns, including interviewing, training, task assignment, performance feedback, career advice, and the writing of reports & recommendations
Simultaneously managed two distinct projects for the SRM 5.0 release to on-time, on-budget completion. Responsible for all aspects of the SRM 5.0 Ramp-Up Knowledge Transfer project to educate consultants on the latest release of SRM. - Planned & scheduled the project, recruited team from around the world - Coordinated all project activities - Published finished RKT Online Knowledge Products - Defined, staffed, & hosted several interactive training workshops
