Responsible for the Advanced Product & Process Development Group (APD-Group) at Webasto. The APD-Group is part of the Glass Competence Center (GCC) where the future of automative glazing is developed within the Webasto Group.

- claim management and analysis in cooperation with production plants - internal & external audits - technical support management (e.g. introduction of new products to our customers, support customers in processing our products) - supporting production plants for ISO certification (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001) - IATF16949

- Manager of a float glas production in a 24/7 production - responsible for more than 50 people - ensure compliance with saftey standards and continuous improvement - ensure compliance with required product quality - continuous improvement of the production process applying World Class Manufacturing (WCM) method

- support of production manager - representation of production manager (in case of absence) - monthly reporting for headquarters in Paris - WCM projects

Head of 4 engineers and 4 technicians Activities of the team: - Prototype development for tempered backlites & sidelites for Sekurit plants worldwide - Product and process optimisation and development - Process industrialisation - R&D projects multicultural experience in multicultural teams
