I am a multilingual freelance Technology Journalist based in Madrid, Spain. I specialize in digital imaging and personal technology. I am currently the Editor-in-Chief of Dxomark.com and a regular contributor to Dpreview.com.

At dpreview.com, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Amazon.com, I am producing the web's most in-depth reviews of digital cameras and equipment and contribute to the publication of industry news and features. In addition to my responsibilities as a reviewer I also work with finance, tax, and legal teams to manage special projects such as dpreview's office and studio relocation from the UK to US in 2010 or the recruitment of freelance contributors to support our recent content expansion.

At TRL I was project manager and/or technical lead in a large number of logistics and transport research and consultancy projects with a focus on new technologies and communication, with budgets ranging from £30K to £5M. Clients included the Department for Transport, Scottish Executive, European Commission and a variety of private sector clients.

At Logocom I conceived and undertook a market analysis for electronic catalogue systems in the automotive aftermarket in Spain. The study was the basis for Logocom's decision on the commercialization of its database products in Spain.

At PTV I was a researcher on a number of European Commission and private sector logistics and supply chain research projects. Responsibilities included information collection, design and analysis of surveys, organization and execution of interviews, management of project proposals, design of dissemination strategies and data analysis.
