As a quality section manager, I was responsible for 10 associates, including engineers, measurement laboratory staff, incomming control and shopfloor patrols. Main task was to create, implement and control the company quality policy. Preparation and execution of any validation audit initiated by customer or HQ. Organising the company sorting (in case of non conformities) operation at customers site. The New product development was also one of my main duty,

Traditional Japanese trading house hungarian office is handling engineering plastics, paint ingridients and several other chemical substances. Storing and delivery service was also included into the package we offered to our customers.

My area of responsibility was the die casting and hot forging area. I was doing the daily interpretation of the production meetings and translation of the relevant documentation. Additionally, my task was to prepare and attend in any supplier visit (abroad) and any customer visit (in house). Preparation of the training materials and assistance in tranings was also my part of duty.

As Japanese speaker, I partcipated in almost the whole spectrum of the company's operation: - Creating production documentation from japanese to Hungarian and english. (Work instructions, PFEMA, Control Plan, PQCT, etc...) - ISO development - Establishing supplier base (Hungary and central europe) - New product introduction - Attending in every customer audit - Customer requirement compliance actions - Claim handling - Interpreting / translating
