As a business analyst I construe the processes of multinational Clients in aspect of development of efficiency. My duties are to investigate FTE’s behaviour on computer in office environment. I produce analyses to find potential points of development. As part of my job I have the possibility to get an insight into the paper driven processes and to replace them if necessary with more efficient procedures.

After a successful centralization process I was the head of the administrative division with 70 employees. I was responsible for investigation and optimalisation of processes, for development of the core system and to introduce new, digital solutions to the company. My duties were beside motivating the FTE's to define and control KPI & SLA values. By leading several project as a main stakeholder, I was responsible for the planning, keeping the deadlines, holding the costs and the success of the projects.

As part of the broker sales team, my duties were an executive service to key sales partners (brokers), compiling motor vehicle offers and fleet offers, organizing and executing trainings. In case of offers, perform risk management (controlling claim and partner datas).

As part of the bank office team, I was responsible for full service of banking and insurance products, realization of account changes and general financial assistance to clients.
