My roles are: Design embedded systems that meet strict industrial requirements, including power/heat management, IP rating, electrical interference, compactness, cost targets, and strict Design for Manufacturing standards. Develop mechanical components, such as die-cast parts, extrusions, small sheet metal parts, plastic injection molded parts. Make thermal simulations with SW Flow Simulation and optimize designs. create 2D and 3D documentation for new parts and assemblies

Ingimex manufactures light commercial vehicle bodies. My roles were: Design new light commercial vehicle bodies and improving existing ones. Develop various mechanical components, such as extrusions, large sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies, using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Create 2D and 3D documentation for new parts and assemblies, prepared designs for production (approximately 1,000–5,000 units per year), and maintained bills of materials for assemblies in our ERP system.

Japanese Ibiden produces DPF (diesel particular filter) for cars. My roles were: Installing new machine lines and improving their performance. Design new parts for these improvements using SolidEdge and AutoCAD. Collaborate with the Maintenance team and the Japanese engineering team. Research new suppliers and maintained communication with existing international suppliers
