Laura Ciornei

My role within Antal combines sales activities with recruitment & selection, contributing to the business development and being involved in the recruitment projects from the beginning of the process to the employment of the chosen candidate. Briefly, I'm responsible for the IT&C sector, recruiting for specialists and managerial positions, on behalf of large, multinational companies, but also Romanian ones.

My role involved pre-sales and typical research activities, in order to become familiar with the search & selection techniques and to train myself for the recruitment consultant position.
