I focus on the design, development, support and maintenance of Intranet and SharePoint sites for the entire organization. In addition, I manage and implement a mix of new development projects.

Meet with business lines to discuss project needs and provide technical insight to solve complex problems. Consult with internal business lines as a subject matter expert on Microsoft SharePoint solutions, InfoPath Solutions, Excel4Apps Solutions, and Oracle reporting. Manage SharePoint permissions for multiple site collections. Manage permissions in Microsoft CRM. Project Management for the entire IT Infrastructure and Business Solutions teams.

Project Manager for a web development team. Lead daily scrum meetings, monthly retrospective meetings, and iteration planning twice monthly for a team of 12 in order to meet goals and objectives. Provide weekly reporting to senior management highlighting project milestones, risks, and burndown rates. Meet with business lines to discuss project needs and provide technical insight to solve complex problems. Liaison with Data Warehouse to discuss ETL projects, reporting projects and work prioritization.

Meet regularly with various internal business areas to sell consulting and IT solutions by listening to internal stakeholder’s needs and requests while managing technology expectations and client satisfaction. Plan and execute large-scale infrastructure projects across the Federal Reserve working with cross-functional teams for infrastructure, hardware and software upgrades, including but not limited to, Windows XP to 7 migrations, LotusNotes to Outlook migration, and other upgrades.

Provide coaching and leadership to 7 direct reports in US and India who provide hardware and software support for over 500 users in multiple locations. Lead project planning and execution on cross-functional teams for infrastructure, hardware and software upgrades including Windows 7 migration, encryption migration, Outlook upgrades and hardware refreshes. Listen to internal stakeholder’s needs and provide technical guidance/recommendations while managing technology expectations and client satisfaction.

Performed inside international sales and account management, customer relationship management with existing clients in Europe, Asia, and Middle East. Supported international sales efforts by presenting information on current products and pricing to existing clients to bring in additional business.Assisted international team with day-to-day functionality.Maintained and tracked all client reports, records, and de-briefs to ensure accurate client profiles.

• Provided software and PC support for 175 employees in locations all over the US. • Managed a SQL database to ensure all order entries from outside sales were processed correctly and transferred electronically to vendor-partners daily.
