Laura Frisk

I am a manager of Electronics packaging and reliability research group in Tampere university of Technology / Department of electronics. The group consists of ten persons and the main areas of study are electronics materials and reliability. I am responsible for both financing and strategy of the group.

Worked in several projects as an expert in electronic materials and material chemistry. For the doctoral thesis studied vastly the properties of anisotropic conductive adhesive joints on different organic substrates. A lot of research independently.

Major Materials for Electronics. Minors Material chemistry and Plastic Technology. Degree passed with distinction. For Master of Science thesis studied the properties of flexible printed circuits and especially the materials used in them.

Degree not finished. At present 200 credit points (M.Sc. 300 credit points). Major: Chemistry. Minors: mathematics, computer sciences, and geology.
