Responsible for conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their business and information technology issues. Understand the customer As-Is architecture and propose a To-Be architecture, aligning it with the business objectives. Develop and deliver proposed architectures and software demonstrations addressing the identified needs and challenges. Provide presales technical support of database and cloud products (IaaS and PaaS) to prospective clients.

Responsible for the post-sales relationship with customers who acquire Cloud solutions. The main objective was to transmit knowledge to customers/partners about best practices during their implementation and use of IaaS and PaaS Cloud solutions. Understand the use cases and architectures designed for the solutions acquired by the customer in order to guide them during the implementation phase. Transmit knowledge and advice the customers/partners about best practices and use of IaaS and PaaS solutions.

Responsible for generating leads through inside sales, understanding the customer needs and mapping it to the right solution or services offered by Oracle (Database, Middleware, BI, IaaS, PaaS). Detail the leads identified through the analysis of the business need, budget, business impact, project approval process and the estimated execution time.

Manage the technological and strategic issues of the Architecture Department of the Bank. The Architecture Department is in charge of the management of the buildings and museums of the Bank. Identify and analyze possible software solutions that could support the optimizations of the daily activities of the Department. Manage the software of the Department and find opportunities to optimize it. Support the communication between the IT Department and the Architecture Department.

IT consultant in projects related to Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance and IT Strategic Plan. Participate during the diverse IT projects lifecycle: planning, executing and closure. Identify key IT issues in the organizations through the review of the IT support to business process, analyzing IT governance, IT services, software and data. Support market research, prepare RFI and RFP and help the organization to select a software provider.
