Writing during 6 months on the theme: "motivations of the employees, managers and talents of being mobile (cross- functionnal, cross-divisional, cross-site, cross-country mobility) by Cassidian and future recommendations for improvements" inside of the CHG department (HR Governance, Processes & Planning) and in collaboration with the Talent Management department. Additional task in the daily business: co-responsible of the corporate HR SharePoint platform

- HR reporting & controlling (monthly Key Performance Indicators reports) - support in international HR projects - support in HR- Processes (Staff Lists, Development Path, organization of a workshop etc.) - creation of diverse Power Points presentations for meetings and projects - administrative tasks (support and replacement of the secretary of the HR Senior Vice President, EADS Competence Management, various missions with and for HR Business Partners, Talent Management, etc.)

Summer Job for one month and Working Student for 10 hours per week (during one semester) in International Marketing - executing a dealer training regarding the web based tools (iPad) for both brands including handbook, presentation, trainings - realisation of a large data bank for Germany, Austria and Switzerland - assistance for fairs

- international management of the suppliers (communication, placing orders, confirmation of order, quality inspection reports and nonconformity reports, managing orders and delivery times, working on complaints, etc.) - organisation of the department (internal and external meetings with suppliers, relocation, etc.) - project management: research on the theme “Centralised Corporate Purchasing” - audit of suppliers - presentations in English for potential new suppliers as well as reports in English

3 months internship and 1 month summer job inside of the company ARGOS-Services,specialised in accessibility for blind people - research of products for accessibility of blind people - promotion via conception of communication documents (fliers, etc.) - organisation, communication and participation of 2 fairs (Mulhouse and Paris – France) - conception of the first commercial catalogue

Internship in team, 1 day per week and finally 1 full week: - phone prospecting and collection of aids (50 000€) - preparation of the opening of a new structure

Working on the membership card by expanding the partner companies: - listing of potential partners - door-to-door ´selling´ - organisation and participation of meetings for negotiating and for signing contracts
