I have coordinated the design team and managed all interfaces with the developer / project owner, the yard, the installation contractor, as well as the wind turbine manufacturer and other 3rd Parties .

I have been in charge of the development of the french market for BOREAS, one of the leading full service providers for wind farm projects in Germany. I have developed the first French plants with 12 turbines (Nordex, N90-2.5 MW, investment > 35 Mio EUR) and obtained other building permits.

I coordinated high calibre projects according to the administrative, technical and financial documentation: feasibility studies, participation in the architectural design, negotiation with subcontractors, follow-up of construction and delivery according to the commitments. Ex: Construction of a plasterboard manufacturing plant covering 18,000 m² on a site in Lippendorf, Germany, near Leipzig. Construction for the company Gazeley (Wal-Mart) of the first 2 logistics platforms of the Magna Park Berlin
