- Validation of the credit applications , in compliance with the bank risk appetite and internal guidelines, for clients in the energy & utilities sectors including oil&gas, LNG and renewable energy. - The geographical scope is mainly Europe (including Russia), Western and Central Asia, Africa and the Middle-East, - The scope of work includes corporate banking, plain vanilla market products, performance guarantees, project finance, export finance, pre-export finance and trade commodities finance

- Intercreditor, Facility and Security Agent - Monitoring of a portfolio of projects in the oil&gas, power, renewable energy and infrastructure sectors in Western Europe and in the GCC: analysis of the waiver/amendment requests and annual reviews/credit rating - Compliance with internal credit policies, workflow procedures, regulation - Review of financing documents at closing

- Quarterly reporting on IT expenses per business units/sourcing categories - Quarterly reporting on Group overheads - Monitoring of major suppliers

- Quarterly consolidation of financial statements (intragroups, operating revenues, consolidation packages review, tangible/intangibles assets) - Drafting of financial documents (6-K, 20-F) - Quaterly update of corporate budgets

- Monthly internal reporting (breakdown per projects and per business) - Monthly reporting to the Airbus Group - Quaterly consolidation of financial statements (interco. reconciliation)

- Monthly reporting to the Group - Capex monitoring - Monthly monitoring with car dealers
