- Contribution to company strategy regarding the introduction of SF6-free switchgear, supporting the EU-climate targets - Technical contribution during specification and execution of projekts required by the transition to renewabel energy - Supervise and drive from technical side the introduction of new technology-switchgear - Perform switchgear condition evaluation - Guide and supervize subcontractors in order to achieve the quality standard - Contribute to working groups within CIGRE, ENTSO-E, VDE.

Manage product portfolio for high voltage equipment monitoring and contribute to road map elaboration; Lead development projects and plan market launch considering dependencies between projects; Estimate market size and create financial assessment for new products; Support the world-wide Sales Organization through technical on-side demonstrations, conferences, seminars etc. Establish and maintain business relations by continuous interaction with customers and other external partners;

High voltage equipment condition evaluation based on relevant parameters; Prepare data evaluation reports and give recommendations for asset future operation; Commission world-wide installed monitoring systems on HV assets and conduct customer training; Perform on-line/off-line partial discharge measurements in the factories and substations on HV assets; Additional expertise: DGA interpretation; bushing diagnosis, defect localization in transformers and cables etc.

Perform dielectric measurements on power transformers insulation systems; Develop new methods for lifetime calculation of power transformers insulation systems; Health index calculation method for power transformers; Research for new on line procedure for condition assessment of power transformers insulation systems. Supervise diploma student projects and give lectures.
