Principal Duties and Responsibilities:  Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables  Responsible for resource capacity planning within the support team  Responsible to supervise, motivate and train the support team  Lead teams to provide end-to-end support or sporadic support, as ordered by clients

Ensure smooth handling between 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support. Management of IT operators, incident teams and Service Request Fulfillment personnel Work closely with client, project management, development/enhancement and Quality Assurance teams for product maintenance and support Lead, coordinate and monitor all project related activities to ensure smooth execution of project tasks and deliverables Responsible for resource capacity planning within the support team

Responsible for the dealing with the all types of postpaid systems production problems, bug fixing and troubleshooting. Handling the all types of production issues while provisioning for new activation and for change orders order creation, and provided quick solution with in short time and maintained Customer satisfaction index(CSI) as per Business standards.
