Depending on the client size, my focus differs. Knowledge sharing and sparring (external and internal), financial forecasting, budgeting, building business cases and top level management of the overall success using market data are important but I also work with smaller clients where all the basics are a priority and I am responsible to grow the project sustainably until I can step into the aforementioned role over time.

My main responsibility was optimizing and reporting KPIs of PPC campaigns. Performance meetings with clients as well as bigger review sessions served to understand the progress of the campaigns and how they contribute to overall revenue. Budgeting and Forecasting became a bigger focus with increased professionalism. I also did workshops, audits and sparrings with clients and internally.
