-Conducted regular guided tours of campus for up to 20 prospective students and parents/carers -Set up scavenger hunts, managed other educational activities with children as young as 10 -Acted as teaching assistant on 6-week Anthropology course for 30-sixth formers

-Provided inbound general telephone banking service, handling up to 150 calls per shift, ‘Good’ performer -Knowledgeable about all aspects of personal banking, including overdrafts, SEPA, direct debits and Power of Attorney

-Published a series of 6 blog posts on future of Housing Policy in run up to 2016 Scottish elections -Represented organisation on panel on the viability of new currency in an independent Scotland
