Troubleshoot problems within data network. Configured and troubleshoot; Private VLAN’s, Port Security, Trunking, DNS, DHCP, Access Lists, PBR, EIGRP, OSPF, NAT and Static Routing. Analysed ASA firewalls, Cisco Switches and Routers configurations, ACLs, Prefix-Lists, Route Redistribution, Logging and Packet Capture. Implemented VoIP solutions, configured Cisco Call Managers. Implemented secure remote communication solutions such as Site-2-Site VPN, remote access VPN, clientless SSL VPN.

Managed activations for Fastweb customers (Small and Medium sized). Configured different types of clients routers and switches which includes Cisco 800, 1800 , 2800 , 2900 series and Huawei routers 1220 and 2220, and Cisco switches 2960 and 3560. VoIP configuration of client routers with SIP protocol. Implemented redundancy scenarios for data/voice traffic with BGP configuration on POP/CPE devices.
