Responsible for strategic planning and development of the EMEA Event Management and Travel Service programs. Lead, develop and coach diverse teams to ensure corporate goals and objectives are achieved through programs that create a sustainable competitive advantage. • Concept development, project management, execution and evaluation of projects including return on investment analysis • Integration of multiple goals from various disciplines sales, marketing, design and retail.

Responsible for delivering operational excellence, and overseeing departmental negotiation, execution and evaluation of meeting logistics for EMEA events. • Develop and implement project management practices to enhance quality standards. • Plan, conceptualize and lead on multinational, cross functional, internal and external events • Includes Athens Olympics retailer event, World Cup Football 2006 retailer event, quarterly sales meetings, product launches, tradeshows and hospitality events.
