Risk mitigation analysis and procedures implementations, Participation in the Operations « Business Plan » at group level, process & fte mappings created. Analysis of defects in various workflows and their elimination, Creation & automation of various statistics including cross departments and key reports for management, Analysis, creation & implementation of quality control procedures, Database analysis for it's cleaning.
