• Daily execution of managerial and organisational activities • Creating and presenting data analysis and statistics from the acquisition of goods to the sale and after-sales-management • Leading multiple departments, including authority and supervision • Maintaining stock ownership from the placement of orders to the warehousing to the sales period and monitoring the costing/profitability • Establishing and controlling new collections/brands through developing stock placement and turnover strategy
