Working as a Project Manager on a short contract position (inc. 1 extension), where the main objective was to manage multiple projects all at different stages of online SW development for BSkyB using Agile methods.

Working as a Service Delivery Expert / Account Manager the key responsibilities were to account manage and resource for one of PS’s most valuable high profile client (Nokia – Bristol, Farnborough, London, Berlin) and provide IT recruitment projects support via market research. Regular communication and progress reports to Nokia’s line managers and Managed Agency representatives. Other responsibilities: mentoring junior colleagues, recruitment for new team members, leading projects to rebuild PSC’s website
