• Taking ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for different units across several locations • Collaborating with global teams to improve the hiring process, ensuring fair and unbiased recruitment practicies including interview training • Organizing events • Collaborating with universities to promote company opportunities • Supporting and executing different HR initiatives - Onboarding, Buddy Network, Glassdoor, L&D (Wings for Life, Employer Branding, D&I and WiT) • Onboarding new colleagues

German Research Center is the biggest R&D Center of Huawei on Europe with about 600 employees currently. From Munich we are supporting also other Huawei location as Switzerland (Zurich R&D), Germany (Dresden R&D, Nuremberg R&D) and Austria (Vienna R&D). My responsibility is to deliver end-to-end expert recruitment services across R&D Europe and taking an initiative for all aspects of operational recruiting in 3 different locations of Huawei Europe by working closely with key senior stakeholders.

Bratislava Business Center is the largest of company regional business centers with about 1300 employees. Responsibility to deliver end-to-end recruitment services across Europe and improvements to the processes, developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies by close cooperation across EMEA TA Team. In charge of different HR Projects across the EMEA region and Talent attraction and HR Branding activities including even participation, mainly covering Corporate EMEA and IT Business Unit.
