•Communication with suppliers in case of non-conforming parts and assuring corrective actions •Ensuring quality standards and initiation of documentation (8D; action plan, quality indicators) •Organization and participation in internal and external meetings •Supporting suppliers and customers in solving quality issues

•Responsible for the sampling due to the relocation of the production lines •Preparation and introduction the full PPAP documentation to the customer (process flow chart; control plan; FMEA; capability; dimensional report; material certificates, PSW etc.)

•Supporting the quality department in problem solving •Preparing of control plans after production transfer •Preparing of working instruction for production

•Monitoring of product characteristic, process and production facility in prototype, prelaunch and serial production on behalf of the customer •Creation of action plan in case of deviation from the standards •Contribution in production processes improving

•Introduction the first parts to the customer (according to the PPAP) •Definition of customer requirements and preparation of relevant documentation (meeting minutes, presentations etc.) •Claims solving and define the corrective actions •Organizing the implementation of engineering changes •Support to ensuring all deliveries (Just in Time Stock)

•Prepare and handover the information to the customer (8D report, action plan, timing, engineering changes, quality trends, quality portals, statistical data processing) •Leading the internal meetings to solve the customer claims •Coordination and organization of the process audits and special meetings for the customer

•Coordination and participation in changing management being in compliance with the milestones of the project •Communication, negotiation and problem solving with development, supplier, purchasing, customer and business team •Review the feasibility of the prototype production and organize all required material •Coordination of the prototype production and continuous communication to the entire team •Implementation the production data in the MFG/PRO system
