- Work close to the team coding and doing Pull Request reviews mostly on Ruby projects. - Troubleshooting together to System Administrations and DBA’s to identify performance problems on Production. - Help to sync with the Product Owner the architecture, priority and responsibility of new/current micro systems on development regarding our domain. - Work with the Scrum Master to keep the Scrum and the agile methodologies in place

- Present and teach the Ruby on Rails stack to the IT team, introducing the culture of TDD. - Introducing the workflow of using Git and Github and Pull Requests review. - Implement the idea to work with Kanban so the internals team can work and visualize the status of new campaigns and briefings from the commercial area. - Work and deploy the project using AWS stack. - Operations experience, working to build a hight scalable infra-structure using Puppet Server.

As Founder I was responsible for setting deadlines with clients, working with my team to build the projects and help review the code to make sure we deliver a good quality code. - Worked to build and design a Facebook app to stream latest comments and photos on Twitter and Instagram related to a live Fashion show. - Coordinate deliveries with Brazilian team of 3 people and remote developers from Jamaica, Russia and India

- Worked with a team of 3 developers to build the backend of a mobile Food App using Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq for async Jobs. - Worked to integrate the system to Order Food on the restaurants using Twilio. - Integration on the payment process using Stripe. - Integration with POS systems to place order and sync data between the App and the POS. - System integration to handle third party Couriers and Orders using Phaxio and Emails. - Analyses and fixes several bugs on a Clinical Trial Web system.

I started as a member of the Hosting team, the main product of the company. I worked to fix several legacy projects using Ruby, C# and Python and also maintain the legacy Asp dashboard. I also worked on the Email team where I was responsible to build a SOAP integration with a Windows Server to provision new mail boxes for the latest Exchange Server. - Build a Ruby Email boxes Provisioner, integrating via SOAP to connect with a Windows Exchange API.
