Level 2 technical support. Experience using ServiceNow, JIRA & M365. Assisting locally with mobile patch/update enforcement and working with global mobile groups regarding issues and changes. Project partner in migration to new mobile service incl. testing, carrier migration, device installation and deployment. Outage monitoring and communication. Managing invoices and ensuring that they are processed. Managing update of local applications and ensuring they are onboarded before vendor go live.

Service management within Office 365. Analysis of current and future possible resources and ensuring that they are being used to their full potential within the company. Performing interviews with potential candidates and providing feedback to HR. Training new members of use of resources and on basic system security. Monitoring and following up on the progress of projects within the company. Investigating current processes in sales and HR and finding improvements.

Carrying development out on the internal tool used. Adding and refining features such as the search function. As well as adding functionality to the website and performing bug fixing. Languages used include PHP and JavaScript.

Providing IT support to office personnel. Performing maintenance on machines. Web development on new and existing projects using languages such as PHP and SQL.

Supporting customers navigate around the store, providing product information, handling enquiries and customer complaints escalating when necessary. Restocking and carrying out range changes on the shop floor. Occasionally working on the checkouts and handling cash during busy periods.
