As an IT consultant in the call/contact center area within a SPOC (single point of contact) team my tasks include the management of issues with tools such as IBM’s TSRM (Tivoli Service Request Manager) and Jira Service Management, perform installations, give out information and provide solutions to our different clients. I work with different solutions to provide a personalized IT services to each of our clients while guaranteeing their satisfaction.
While performing my internship with Telefónica, I was part of two different projects: "SmartHome" and OpenSpain. The OpenSpain project had the objective of integrating refugees arriving in Spain while "SmartHome" had the objective of expanding the concept of home automation within our everyday lives. Tasks completed: Analyze the needs of users to determine their technical requirements. Implementation of Bash Scripts to download content from our website to be used within an Android application.
