Service Manager - Intranet; Project Manager - SharePoint
I am leading a project which has as target the implementation of a new Intranet and a new Collaboration environment based on SharePoint 2010 technology. In the same time I am responsible for running the actual SharePoint 2007 environment as a managed service. My daily work includes creating concepts for SharePoint solutions, coordinating a team of internal and external colleagues, managing the service and project financials, as well as technical tasks.
Infrastructure - Application management. Responsible for operation of the company Online Shop, company Internet presence and Intranet. Technical administration for the Content Management System and the J2EE backend. SPOC for the business application owners and for the other infrastructure administrators.
