In the Digitalization department, I manage the implementation of the new ticketing tool, develop KPIs, and oversee claims data ETL processes. Key Projects: → Mapped claims data and developed performance KPIs; → Built an in-house Python pipeline to transform ticketing data into incremental analytical datasets; → Integrate Zendesk into quality processes, defining KPIs, providing training, and implementing features. → Created an online video training program to onboard new agents to Zendesk effectively.

Led analytics projects in marketing, strategy, and logistics, creating funnels, evaluating costs, and building dashboards. I supported cloud migrations, BI transitions, and data pipelines. Key projects included mapping data usage (Data Maturity), ensuring LGPD compliance, defining KPIs (Metrics That Matter), creating a customer lifetime dataset, and centralizing knowledge with a data catalog.

- I created a database system integrated using MS Access for multiple users, that compiled more than 100.000 construction certificates, pendencies and their status. It was possible for registered users to interact with the system, updating its records and export reports. - Created a Main Follow Up dashboard with all the construction KPIs, goals and its status. Develped a web based system using html, css, php and mySQL to register, manage and resume project and field constructions pendencies At the most critical period of the project a war room were formed with all team leaders and I started a weekly report with a follow up dashboard with all the pending tasks, priority and its owners. Back in 2006, Be-Interactive was one of the first media offices to develop interactive touch window displays in Brazil. Back then, I was the first full-time web designer to join the company to develop the first interactive interactive window display for Claro Telecom, one of the biggest communication companies in the world. In Be, I also developed games and web sites using Flash, Actionscript, JavaScript, PHP, CSS and HTML languages.
