Als Data Analyst Engineer im Customer Service von QCells führte ich ein neues Ticketing-SaaS-Tool ein, konsolidierte Daten in einem Data Warehouse und entwickelte KPI-Berichte. Erfolge: Implementierung von Zendesk inkl. Setup, KPI-Definition, Reporting und Schulungen; Entwicklung automatisierter Workflows, die die Reaktionszeit von 9 auf 1,5 Tage und die Bearbeitungszeit von 20 auf 9 Tage reduzierten; Aufbau eines Claims Data Warehouse für Reporting, Dashboards und KPIs.

Leitete Analyseprojekte in den Bereichen Marketing, Strategie und Logistik, entwickelte Funnels, bewertete Kosten und erstellte Dashboards. Unterstützte Cloud-Migrationen, BI-Umstellungen und den Aufbau von Datenpipelines. Zu den wichtigsten Projekten gehörten die Analyse der Datennutzung (Data Maturity), die Sicherstellung der LGPD-Compliance, die Definition von KPIs (Metrics That Matter), die Erstellung eines Customer-Lifetime-Datasets sowie die Zentralisierung von Wissen mit einem Datenkatalog.

Als freiberuflicher Analytics Engineer war ich für ETL-Prozesse mit Daten aus mobilen Endgeräten zuständig und entwickelte angereicherte Datensätze, die das Kernprodukt des Unternehmens bildeten. Erfolge: Anreicherung mit vermuteten Wohn, Arbeits, Freizeit und Einkaufspräferenzen aus Partner-App-Zeitstempeln; Entwicklung von Dashboards zur Herkunft von Besuchern öffentlicher und privater Gebäude (z. B. Krankenhäuser, Supermärkte, Universitäten) nach Wochentagen zur Diskussion des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs.

- I created a database system integrated using MS Access for multiple users, that compiled more than 100.000 construction certificates, pendencies and their status. Develped a web based system using html, css, php and mySQL to register, manage and resume project and field constructions pendencies At the most critical period of the project a war room were formed with all team leaders and I started a weekly report with a follow up dashboard with all the pending tasks, priority and its owners. Back then, I was the first full-time web designer to join the company to develop the first interactive interactive window display for Claro Telecom, one of the biggest communication companies in the world.
