First and main point of contact for all topics dor the Mobile Applications (iOS and Android) , the website, WebTV (Windows and MacOS) and OTT big screen, for Project Management, Architecture, Business requirements, solution engineering, User Interface design and implementation, Video Streaming, Data collection, defect tracking and management as well as release management. Leader of the User interface design and implementation for the Mobile Applications.

I lead the technical execution of the production. In the build-up to the Games I selected and evaluated technologies and solution for video, audio recording and data and timing issues and designed the integration and solutions, I Managed production issues, overlooked and solved technical issues, graphics design and creation and on-screen presence, organized the delivery of OB facilities.

My responsibilities have been the technical design the strategic roadload as well as the technical execution of mobile apps and web streams. I helped troubleshoot streaming content issues, investigated and reviewed new technologies for improving OTT services, recruited freelancers and evaluated vendors, performed the technical backend structuring of compressing and interfaced with content provides for live and on-demand content

I devised, project-managed, co-ordinated and executed the production plan selecting appropriate video and audio technology, organized and lead production planning meetings interacted with Teams and organizing committees and developed and managed appropriate graphic and data and timing elements.

I Managed the installation and initial operation of new automated systems installed for the CCTV international channel division. I also managed the workflow for all projects (tape and tapeless), responding to technical support issues. Co-ordinating and training Edit Support Staff.
