As the Manager of Controlling Excellence at Berner, I play a pivotal role in the team responsible for Finance Transformation and Process Excellence. We work closely with a variety of stakeholders to advance standardisation and harmonisation, while ensuring that business needs and the human element are fully understood. The objective is to establish a robust and forward-looking Controlling framework that will promote transparency, enhance performance and encourage sustainable growth.
