Levente Géczi

I am currently working on different manufacturing processes of starters, generators and components of these product. In addition, I am responsible for process engineering developments and optimisation. The main task I work on is the moulding and insertion of different wires into the product. As an additional mechanical design engineer, I support my colleagues by designing components, press tools and irises. I also continue to support the work of colleagues in Hungary as a contact person and consultant.

I started to work in SEG as a mechanical design engineer. The main tasks were designing of different kind of toolsets, development of internal components for maintaining the machines and I also was responsible for developing new processes like 2D and 3D wiring bending. A few months later, I started working on building and project managing a machine.

I was responsible for design new mechanical parts, pressure holding tanks, steel or plastic components, heat exchangers, pipelines. I had to check existing drawings and had to fix the issues. I usually start the 3D planning from existing parameters, but sometimes I had to do mechanical calculations. I did an experiment using the SAP system.
