-Lead the revival of the company after the Covid-19 pandemic with a new focus on large events, doubling company billings to $200,000 annually. -Built a relationship with a major local events company, guaranteeing annual billings of $140,000 for the waste management of their events. -Managed 35 contracted employees, including schedule coordination. -Oversaw waste management, inclusive recycling and composting, at events such as Picklesburgh (250,000 attendants), and Three River’s Arts Festival (400,000).

- Co-lead a post-Pandemic rebranding of the company from a youth hostel into a luxury boutique hotel including the redevelopment of guest accommodations. - Built a new website with connections to booking parters, raising the average hotel occupancy from 35% to 60% and realizing the first profitable year. - Implemented a “smart” A.I. backend capable of automatically reacting to market changes and adjust pricing accordingly which led to 60% greater annual income.

- Advised 40-50 undergraduate students, providing structured feedback to improve their written communication and analytical approach. - Coordinated a team of eight fellow lecturers.
