• Establishment of business relationships with internal/external clients and partners, business needs identification • Member of CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) Information Security Group, responsible for Datacenter security provision (located in Czech Republic), threat and vulnerability management • Physical and Operational security provisioning, Access control management • Identification and monitoring of prohibited/dangerous software usage

• Control the contractors work, definition of development strategy • Collaboration with counterparts in all IT issues, planning and designing of all IT systems (budgeting, implementation, consulting) • Advice and consult counterparts (government, public sector) in IT issues

• Research and investigation of available software in Armenian market for housing loans full-cycle monitoring, control and maintenance • Development of technical and functional specifications for the software • Coordinate work between Central Bank of Armenia (CBA), commercial banks and Project Management Unit • Supervise process of software development, testing and implementation

• Plan the activities of processing group (annual workplans, budgeting, hardware/software) • Oracle databases day-to day administration (Oracle 8i/9i), database logical and physical design • Cooperate with partners (VISA, MasterCard, ImpexBank)

Supervision and monitoring conduction of the following aspects: • Functional specifications development, creation of database architecture • Helpdesk coordination and technical support for all tax inspectorates in Armenia • Oracle database installation and day-to-day administration including backup and recovery, performance tuning, network administration (Oracle 7.3.4/8/8i/9i for Windows NT/2000/Novell NetWare), standby database configuration

• Investigation of existing IT market (product, training, specialists) • Development of business plan for Oracle Certified Training Center establishment at Yerevan University of Management and Information Technologies • Development of budget for the whole project (equipment, training, salary) • Collaboration with Oracle CIS and local partners

• Database installation and administration (Oracle 7.3.4/8/8i/9i for Windows NT/2000/Novell NetWare) • Implementation of ATIS (Armenian Tax Information System) in tax inspectorates • Network operation systems installation and technical support for tax inspectorates (Novell NetWare 4.11/5, MS Windows NT)

• AS/400 terminals administration, EICON gateway administration • LAN installation, administration, cabling (Novell NetWare 3.12) • ATM’s (Automatic Teller Machine) software installation and management • Communication systems administration and provision of uninterrupted functioning (PBX and satellite)
