Main Job Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets,P&L Prepare Month-End IAS and BAS Oversee AP,AR and Payroll Served as master data owner for account reconciliation system, including user administration as well as oversight for the monthly and quarterly process. Summarize and forecast the organization's financial position, monitor and control the flow of cash Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels,

 Reconcile all the bank accounts and prepare for the BAS.  Prepare bank deposits, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, and other forms of payment  Prepare invoices, and keep track of overdue accounts  Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner  Keep payroll records
