Work closely with the P2P associates to ensure completion of month-end closing activities for P2P

• Support the Month / Quarter / Year -end process by reporting operating results • Preparation of monthly division’s financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner • Analysis & review of variances such as waste, price variances • Review actual performance against forecast and previous periods

• Monthly preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts • Providing timely and accurate summary information and reconciliation on identified key metrics, Debtors, creditors, GRNI listings, Accruals and Prepayments, Bank etc • Together with the Financial Controller, maintain the integrity of related financial reporting systems and processes. • Monthly payroll review & posting, BIK calculations, production and distribution of departmental base cost reports
