Identifying retailers and brands throughout Europe to join the Anatwine network, Liam is responsible for working with these businesses to define a roadmap alongside their strategic goals.

Liam had overall responsibility for driving improvements in the customer experience at Shutl ( , through the development of new retail partnerships to updates in the consumer service offering. Working closely with all aspects of the business from engineering to operations.

Responsible for sales across the EMEA region. This included core eCommerce build agreements, back-end system integration (Order Management, ERP etc), provision of fully managed eCommerce trade teams and eCommerce strategy consultancy.
