Working in small to medium size project teams within AtoS sites worldwide, implementing process improvements, increasing efficiency, quality and motivation using LEAN concepts and methodology.

Shaping the future with Green IT Data centre design & build services; • Infrastructure as a Service – IaaS • Application as a Service – AaaS (SAP in the Cloud) Design, build and define services of Could Computing in a service provider perspective using technologies such as VBlock, BPos, etc in a Hybrid Cloud environment; • Software as a Service – SaaS • Web as a Service – WebaaS • Database as a Service – DbaaS • Other related services

Responsible for the end-to-end service delivery from Client & Back Office operations within the service portfolio elements from Production Support Unit. Day-to-day responsibilities involving; • Customer communication and strategic support to the Transition & Transformation team • Data center assessment and planning • Infrastructure ramp-up in customer data center locations & Global Production Center (GPC) locations • Service roll-out planning & implementation • Resource planning
