Control, coordination and supervision of import and export shipments by sea, air or land operations for overweight cargo or minor projects. Customer service maintenance, rates negotiations, operational handling, BID’s negotiations and follow up. Direct contact with suppliers, ocean liners and trucker transports to enhance the productivity of our department.

Control and coordination of the company’s top 10 accounts, customer KPI maintenance, customer SOPs revision, implementation and updates.

Follow up all exports shipments from point of origin until point of discharge. Handling different clients FCL and LCL, customer advice, contact with steamship line, customer broker, invoice, bill of lading fulfillment, inland freight tracking. I achieved to increase cargo volume for the accounts that I worked for.

Coordination of air, sea and overland shipments, follow up custom broker, most of these shipments were handled for French companies in Mexico

In charge of all the import shipments from Asia and Europe.
