- Organizational Climate Survey; - Recruiting management - Tech positions; Manage the partnerships with Brazilian Universities (Ciências de Computação e Matemática Computacional – USP – Universidade de São Paulo, Mackenzie, and others); - Develop and maintain an onboarding and integration program of new employees, sharing the company mission and values; - Training programs; - Member of the Company Decision Committee (Brazil Leadership Team); - Acting as an internal HR Consultant.
