Über mich
I’m Linda, a professional translator specialising in German to Italian and English to Italian translations with a passion for languages. My strengths? Italian creativity, Swiss precision, German organisation, and British discretion. I have 10 years’ experience working for translation agencies and direct clients. Having lived in Germany and German-speaking Switzerland for many years, I am fully familiar with the local language and culture. I currently teach German into Italian translation as part of the Linguistic Mediation bachelor’s degree course at the Carlo Bo University for Linguistic Mediators in Bologna, Italy. I am a qualified member of the Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters (AITI) and routinely attend professional training courses. I use SDL Trados Studio to guarantee consistent language style and terminology.
