At CFO I recreated a firm’s entire year of accounting data in QuickBooks and presented a detailed overview of the firm’s expense behavior and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I identified businesses to receive 1099 forms and prepared all documents for IRS filings.

Arrived at Fronter Financial and was given broad instructions to set up a program to raise a million dollars in capital. For this I engineered financial models, drafted due diligence materials for potential investors, and wrote term sheets for common and preferred equity offerings.
