One of my responsibilities was to prepare feasibility studies for selected projects to expand the company's operation. I was also a team member of one school campus construction project. I attended in ordering process of Kitchen, Furniture & Playground equipment packages by providing list of suppliers, attentively checking up on equipment delivery to ensure quality and meet with deadlines. I helped to save 10% of the project costs by assessing price quotations and further negotiating with suppliers.

I was an working at Trade Finance Division of BIDV for my mandatory internship. I chose to write my report about international remittance since among popular payment methods in trade finance, it has been developing quickly with remarkable business turnover figures. My responsibility was to manage telegraphic transfer remittance (TTR) services follow-up and record updates accordingly. I was also in charge of reporting changes of transactions to internal and external parties if required.
